"Monica helped me with signing up and the whole process was great at first! She’s so nice and helpful and made the whole process easy. But that was just before I paid for my policies. I thought I would be saving money and also a big name company gave me assurance in case of a disaster. But the truth is that discount she quoted me for, was not valid as soon as I made my first payment. There were suddenly additional amounts they billed me for shortly after payment was completed stating that I didn’t qualify for certain discounts anymore. Also you don’t always qualify for the future discount, I don’t really know why, only some of the time. Then every 6 months they increased the amount due for everything even though I never needed to make a claim. Remember insurance is like purchasing thin air until you actually get into an accident. So why does policy price increase so much in just 6 months when there has been no insurance claims?? I have been with them for 3 years now and you should expect that the entry cost to be just a hook. They will also force you to get umbrella insurance if you get home and auto insurance. It’s another $200 for nothing. I recently was about to cancel my auto insurance for 2 cars but kept it at the last minute because the agent told me on the phone what the final price would be so I paid it on the app. And just like old times I suddenly got another bill right after I paid in full. yeah, you guessed it, I no longer qualified for the discount two days after I paid what the agent told me over the phone and exactly the amount listed on the app. Also, Monica doesn’t answer phones anymore. Theres 2 other people who both speak super soft on the phone. Every single time I can barely hear them so listen good before you buy! What they say on the phone is different than the app and the emails. I highly suggest-don’t buy with this agent! Sorry to say I deeply regretted that I did."

A VIN number was entered incorrectly on a customer’s insurance policy, which created unnecessary complications during the vehicle purchase process. Instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, the agent repeatedly tried to shift the blame to the dealership and the customer.

Mistakes can happen in any business, but professionalism is measured by how those mistakes are handled. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, and a willingness to correct the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
