"We just bought a small car and needed insurance right away. I started by clicking on the chat button around 12/1ish and someone responded within 15 minutes. From there, it was smooth sailing. They helped us get discounts and saved us money! It was so quick, we signed papers via email and was insured by 3/4. Their response time just depends on how quickly you get your info back to them. I would highly recommend them and have already with family. I will definitely insure more through them!"

"A terrible auto insurance experience. Not only did they have me driving around for two months with no insurance they sent me bills confirming that my insurance wasn’t due for next payment. I was concerned and called and questioned, they still reassured me that there was no payment due at this time. It turned out that there was a computer “glitch”. And I did not get any cancellation letters. I had to pay for those two months that I was uninsured. Meanwhile, I’m driving around every day with my family with no coverage. Not to mention Penalty fine I got from my bank for not having insurance on a financed vehicle. They also ran my credit card without my permission For $600. When I called, they said they’d be Refunding my money. It turns out that I am not getting a full refund. I dropped them as my auto insurance provider And went with another company. Super unprofessional. They have a lack of responsibility for myself, my family and other around me."
